At Ruti, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, then place them in the original shipping box or a secure mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the items arrive at our studio.
